Nether Gothens self-catering farmhouse is a spacious 4 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms property conveniently located off the A93 between Meikleour and Blairgowrie, overlooking the beautiful Perthshire hills. Bright and contemporary with traditional Scottish estate accents this one storey house features a high-ceiling open plan living room/kitchen with woodburning stove and fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with luxurious Superking size beds (two rooms can be made as twins) and fabulous ensuites with marble walk-in showers and separate baths for ultimate relaxation. There is also an utility room with washing machine/drier and an extra WC. Ample parking space with one vehicle charging point and lovely lawn with garden tables and chairs with view over the countryside. A set of steps will take you to a path along an enchanting burn. The property is dog friendly (please read our dog policy conditions) and the garden is fenced.
