These serviced holiday cottages were launched in summer 2021 after a meticulous conservation and renovation program of our impressive 18th century Stable block. They are around 850m from the hotel, accessible through a private drive surrounded by mature oaks with the majestic River Tay at your door steps. The Stable Cottages exude understated luxury and reflect our owners belief that comfort, style, sustainability and tradition can go hand in hand.

The Stable one-bed cottages are spacious with lots of fabulous features: beautiful wood panelling, original artwork, stone fireplaces, indulging marble bathrooms with large walk-in shower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchens and private garden. The luxurious bedrooms all have hypoallergenic superking size bed .

We have two types of one-bed Stable cottages: Standard Stable Cottage and Superior Stable Cottage. The difference is mainly the size of the garden : a big 700m2 for a superior one-bed versus 200m2 for a standard one. The living space is also more generous 90m2 versus 80m2 . If you require a cottage with no internal stairs ask for Stable Cottage 14 or Cottage 10 which is on one level.

Dog: If you are planning to bring a dog you must let us know in advance. Dogs stay for free if you have booked directly with us, maximum 2 dogs per accommodation. Please note that dogs MUST NOT be left alone (for a licenced local pet sitter contact Blairgowrie Walkies). Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds and soft furnishing, we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning..

Children under 12: we can accommodate one foldable bed per cottage, charge is £30/night (including breakfast). Baby cots are available to borrow free of charge, but kindly bring your baby bedding as it is a very personal choice (blankets, sleeping bag).
