Our holiday cottages offer the service of an award winning boutique hotel (lovely breakfast, daily housekeeping and fabulous food) with added comfort and space. We have 3 types of cottages: The Stable Cottages, The Walled Garden Cottages and Roselea Cottage.

The Stable Cottages (launched in summer 2021): 850m from the hotel, accessible through a private estate drive. A stunning 18th century building that has been converted to the highest standards. There are multiple one-bedroom Stable cottages and a large two-bed cottage with river view. They are all extremely spacious with beautiful interiors and marble bathrooms, lovely gardens surrounded by mature oaks. The River Tay is at your door steps.

Our popular Walled Garden Cottages: 900m from the hotel accessible through a private estate drive. Note that the Walled Garden and the Stable are a 8 minute walks from each other. Nestled along an old Victorian kitchen garden the Walled Garden cottages are bright and contemporary with their own parking and garden overlooking the woods. Smaller in size than the Stables they have no upstairs and all feature equipped kitchen, sitting room with log burning stove and Superking size beds that can be made as twins. There are 4 Walled Garden Cottages in total: 2 one-bedrooms and 2 two-bedroom ones. You are surrounded by fields and woods and the River Tay is very close.

Our three-bed stone cottage Roselea is a 2 min walk away from the restaurant. With secure garden at the front and at the back it is ideal for a family or a group of friend with a large bedroom (Superking or Twin) with its ensuite shower room, and two king bedroom sharing a bathroom. You are at the centre of our conservation village.

Price includes breakfast at the hotel and daily housekeeping, minimum stay 2 nights.

Dog: If you are planning to bring a dog you must let us know in advance. Dogs stay for free if you have booked directly with us, maximum 2 dogs per accommodation. Please note that dogs MUST NOT be left alone (for a licenced local pet sitter contact Blairgowrie Walkies). Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds and soft furnishing, we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning.
