Our hugely popular one-bedroom Walled Garden hotel cottages are perfect for those who want the practicality of an hotel room (lovely cooked breakfast, daily housekeeping…) but like their own little home while away.

They are a short drive or walk from the main hotel (900m, mainly private drive), nestled along the old Victorian walled garden of Meikleour House. There are 4 Walled Garden Cottages in total: 2 one-bedrooms and 2 two-bedroom ones. Bright and contemporary with quirky original features, our one bedroom cottages have equipped kitchen (oven, hobs, washing machine/drier, fridge/freezer), sitting room with log burning stove, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The cottage has its own drive and parking and a sweet garden with bench overlooking the woods. The wonderfully cosy beds can be made up as superking or two long twins. The one-bed Walled Garden Cottages have no internal stairs and have a living space of around 42 square meter. Note that we also have two-bed Walled Garden Cottages and if we you are looking for a bigger one-bed cottage we also have the stunning one-bed Stable Cottages (80-90 square meter).

Price includes breakfast at the hotel and daily housekeeping, minimum stay 2 nights.

Dog: If you are planning to bring a dog you must let us know in advance. Dogs stay for free if you have booked directly with us, maximum 2 dogs per accommodation. Please note that dogs MUST NOT be left alone (for a licenced local pet sitter contact Blairgowrie Walkies). Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds and soft furnishing, we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning..

Infants under 2 years: Baby cots are available to borrow free of charge, but kindly bring your baby bedding as it is a very personal choice (blankets, sleeping bag).

Cottage facilities: TV, free Wifi, luxurious hypoallergenic bedding, Arran Aromatics toiletries, hair-dryer, fan oven, hobs, microwave, washing-machine/dryer, fridge freezer, toaster, tea and coffee facilities.
